Osun State has opened the portal where everyone interested in joining Amotekun corps can register. Western Nigeria Security Network (WNSN) codenamed Operation Àmọ̀tẹ́kùn (Leopard), established 9 January 2020, is the security outfit responsible for curbing insecurity in the western Nigeria region.
This is contained in a statement personally issued by the Director General of the corps, Comrade Amitolu Shittu.
The statement indicates that the would be corps can only apply online through: https://amotekunosun.org.ng/join-amotekun
It adds that the portal that opens tonight at 11pm, will close on Friday.
