Man  according to "Gen 1:26" was created in the image and  likeness of God and we know God to be Omnipotent which means "God of all potential." This same God filled the whole earth with his potential and specifically fill man which  was gotten from him with his potential with the aim of dominion.

A fish will remain to be a fish simply because of the potential that was stored within it and it is related to its environment and it also dominates its environment with its potential. Once you take a fish outside its environment, the fish loses its dominion which is in relation to its potential which was stored within and is expected to function directly to its source.

God being the source of man fill man with his potential for the good works in which he has completed to be cultivated and maintained by man to bring out a fruitful reward. God never asked man to be seedful rather to be fruitful and how will a fruit grows without it first becoming a seed. Same as every potential within everyman is seen as a seed at the first stage which is expected to bear fruits at a later stage.

Whether you like it or not, the fruit of the Holy Spirit given to believers start firstly as a seed within such believers. A earthly seed grows also bit by bit with the aid of water, sun and air etc same as the spiritual seed in man stored within us grows bit by bit with the aid of the word of God which serves as water, prayer which serves as Air, fasting which serves as sunlight and circumstances Which serves as  chemicals/nutrients to develop the seed.

Now if I may ask you these questions. What are you using the potential stored within you for?  as a believer how were you able to nurture up the seed of the Holy spirit stored within you? How effective have you been  monitoring the seed within you to make sure it grows and yield to the point of manifestation (bearing fruit)?

Every fruit has its own season. You can't compare the season of yam with the season of Water leaf and with the season of cassava. They all have different stems, root and plans which they were designed by God. Same as every Believer should never compare themselves with others. The plan for your life is different from the plan for others. The book of Eccl 3:1-8 explains a bit about time. There is time for everything. Same as I will tell you that there is time to every project of God on earth. The earth is bound by time and God has set different terms and season for everyone. Never compare yourself with others. Your own plan might be like yam and your neighbours plan might be like that of Watermelon,  God has a reason and season for doing his Marvelous things.

The way David communicated with God is different from the way moses communicated with God and both were still relevant in the presence of God. Elijah was a man of prayer while David was a man of praise and yet both of them have a meaningful experience with God. What works for "A" in relation to God doesn't always work out with "B" because Elisha cured leprosy by asking Naaman to bath seven times in River Jordan does not equate the Healing of Leprosy by Jesus.

The light the sun gives out is different from that of moon and yet both still work as God wanted it to be. They all work differently according to the plan of God and according to his manifestation.  Same as what every believer too ought to do because your fellow believer is manifesting in a gift or more doesn't mean you shouldn't develop yours and because someone else has the same gift of yours at great measure doesn't stop you from building and  using yours. Remember when moses was to come before king pharaoh he perform what God enabled within him to do and the magician too perform such but that doesn't stop moses from manifesting.

Remember a tree that produces twelve fruits and a similar tree that produces four are still in the process of production which are both aiming at bearing Fruit . Same as every believer with one gift or the other . We should strive to bear more fruits because your own fruits is a a determinant of someone else seed. When a fruit has fully matured, and such fruit fall back into the soil. It becomes a seed again in the soil and begins a new life by giving out a new fruit. Just like your destiny are tied down with another person. Same as your own manifestation is a a prerequisite for growing up for others.  Don't give up on building yourself. Don't give up on nurturing yourself until you bear fruits and thy fruit abide.

Also note that every fruits has its own sweetness. Remember the sweetness that is derive from orange is different from that of  watermelon. They both have different functions and different roles that they give out as their end product. Also note that orange and grapes looks alike but they have different sweetness which is in relation to their purpose. Your own sweetness is different from others. Don't focus on what others are doing to sweetening their life. Focus on what your own seed and bring out the best fruit out of you.
The reason why you are jealous of other people's gift is because you neglected your own gift unattended to or with less concerned. The reason why you envy someone else is because you neglected your own business and start modelling someone else character into your making and wishing you have the same life or destiny like them.. You ought to strive to make sure your seed becomes fruits and produce more that abide.

Never validate your own life with another person's life,  never use someone else as your own limit because you are not where  you are, doesn't mean you are still at the same spot and doesn't mean you should settle for  the less.

The sky is wide enough for all the birds to fly, same as the world is wide enough for you to utilize your potential. A fruitful trees which produce sweetness doesn't start producing in a day. It takes time, it takes commitment, it takes courage, it takes faith, it takes so many conscious effort to make sure its objectives are being met and achieved.

Same as every believer is expected to bring out fruit which are sweetened and desirable unto God. When the fruit is so sweet, it becomes so desirable and it becomes a mighty tools in the hand of God. A sweetened fruit is desired by everyone because of its end result. Same as you too. Can people in the  vineyard/Organization in which you work or worship say that you are a sweetened fruit unto them or a sour fruit? Have you blessed a soul with the fruit in which you produce? “Put on the full armor of God, so that ... you may be able to stand your ground, ...” (Ephesians 6: 13)

In Ephesians 6: 13 Paul writes, “Put on the full armor of God.” It is the image of a soldier being presented with everything he needs to fight the battle. The armor is arrayed about him, lying at his feet. All he needs to do is to pick it up and put it on.

Everything he needs has been provided, but it must be appropriated, if that soldier expects to fight and to win the battle. In the following verses (14-17) Paul reveals the “Spiritual Provisions” God has given to us that have literally been placed at our feet - the helmet of salvation, the breast plate of righteousness, the shield of faith, the sword of the Spirit, and gospel of peace as sandals. But first before wearing this armor we need to stand firm against the devil. Many Christians have failed to stand.

For whatever reason, they succumbed to the wiles of the devil and fell into sin and out of fellowship with the Lord. Many have taught in Sunday School, attended church, and even preached the Word of God faithfully for years, only to give up, turn their backs on the Lord and walk away into the world. How sad! 2John 1:8 says, “Watch out that you do not lose what you have worked for, but that you may be rewarded fully.”

Dear friends, let us be able to say with Paul, “I have fought a good fight, I have kept my faith. (2 Timothy 4: 7) Let us fight the war in God’s way. Let us put on the full armor. A piece of two will not suffice because they will leave parts of our lives vulnerable to attack and it will result in our defeat. When we wear the full armor of God we are guaranteed victory.

According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue (2 Peter 1:3).

God’s Word, apart from showing you His will for your life also reveals your inheritance in Christ. 2 Corinthians 8:9 declares, “For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.”Jesus became poor that we might become rich. So all you’ve got to do to enjoy the life of prosperity He’s given you is to live in His Word! God didn’t create you to suffer and struggle through life; He created you for His glory.

Your submission to God’s Word as final authority in your life is the key to living in your inheritance in Christ and enjoying life to the full. There’s nothing the Lord hasn’t done for you yet. Ephesians 1:3 says, “blessed be the god and father of our lord jesus christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in christ.” He has already granted you every blessing you could ever imagine. This parallels what we read in our opening verse: He’s already given you all things that pertain to life and godliness.

Your life, therefore, should be one of praise, glory, and thanksgiving to the Lord every day, everywhere, and at all times. The Bible says you’ve been called to glory and virtue (2 Peter 1:3), and not to poverty, sickness, disease or infirmity. Your life is for the glory of God.
The Bible lets us know that the prophets of old testified of the sufferings of Christ and the glory that should follow (1 Peter 1:11). Right after the sufferings of Christ, a life of glory ensued. He suffered so that you would live in the glory. You’re in that glory now. If anybody is suffering today, that suffering is unnecessary.

If, for example, you’ve had problems in your physical body, maybe it’s a growth somewhere in your body; command it to die. Don’t complain about the pain. Use the Word against it. Affirm your healing and health. Declare your prosperity. Speak life. Declare that your journey in life is one direction only: upward and forward. Affirm that you’re triumphant all the way, and your life is for the glory of God.
Proverbs 4:18 But the path of the just [is] as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.

1 John 5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, [even] our faith.
2 Corinthians 3:18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, [even] as by the Spirit of the Lord.

Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenezite said. . . Now therefore give me this mountain. . . if so be the Lord will be with me, then I shall be able to drive them out. — Joshua 14:6, 12

Are there any challenges, or trials, or ambitions in your life that seem to be insurmountable or unachievable? If so, then listen to the spirit and wisdom of Caleb's words.

Understand, first, that Caleb is 85 years old when he makes this declaration. Secondly, "this mountain" is not some green-pastured, undefended plot of land; it is positively swarming with enemy combatants. But God had promised this land to Caleb and so he courageously claims it: "Give me this mountain."

Such confidence might at first seem admirable, and yet naïve or unrealistic, in an 85-year-old man. But Caleb's courage was based upon the wise realization that "if the Lord is with me, then I will be successful."

All my excuses and fears are wiped away by this aged man's faithful example. Is there anything in my life that seems insurmountable or unachievable? Then may Caleb's faithful battle cry become my own.

If it is a sin against which I am striving, then I have been promised victory, with the Lord's help — give me this mountain! If it is a life endeavour that I am being led to undertake for the cause of Christ, then I have been promised success — give me this mountain! If it is a particular grief that threatens to overwhelm me, then I have been promised the comfort and strength to overcome it by God's grace —give me this mountain!

It’s worthwhile to know what you have so that you can be known for who you are. As children of God, this should always be settled inside of us. That we have an advocate, Jesus Christ with the father (God) in heaven. An advocate is one who stand in the gap for one, he argues to absolve one from guilt and intermediates between you and the one who holds your freedom, or sentence. In a short word, an advocate is one who argues your course with the one who has the power over your life. This advocate never condemns you, he seek just the only right deeds you have done, and give you advice and instruction on the pattern of behavior and attitudes, so you won’t be against the favour of the one who holds the power over your life.

My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin. But if anyone does sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. 1John 1:2

Jesus is not in heaven now having fun, he is there as an advocate in the right hand of the father on our behalf, till his enemies (which are also our enemies) be put to defeat. He is eagerly waiting for you to receive and abide by the instructions and the necessary attitudes that will make you pure and acceptable before the father, so the father can find you worthy of his favour.

Jesus is for us, and if Jesus is for us, we can be sure God is for us. You are not condemned, you are not casted away. God was challenging the Israelites in the old testament when they were complaining of the rejection of the Lord. God asked them, ‘where is the evidence of the divorce between me and you?’ it is because God never divorce us. He told the Israelites, ‘if one fall, wont he rise again?’ No matter what happens, what matters most is that you are back on your feet. Though, it is a pity nowadays how many use the phrase of we are not all perfect as an excuse to condole evil and indulge in trespasses. Just decide today that you will stay with God and with him alone, his hands is open to you; the advocate is pleading your case right now.

Whatever happens to you, whatever you may be seeing, know this of a certainty; you have an advocate with God. And because you have him, you can get anything and everything from God. Keep calm, just ask in faith from the father through the name of Jesus Christ, the advocate, and he will grant you all the desires of your heart. I fear no foes or enemies simply because I have an advocate with the father who will listen to me whenever I call or beckon on him and satisfy me with goods and pleasures. The only way to God is through Jesus Christ, Accept Jesus Christ today if you have not. Jesus really truly loves you.

Eccl 9:10 "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the realm of the dead, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom."
