2 Chronicles 7:14 KJV : If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. If there is trouble on earth, it is because we have failed to take the land and have allowed the enemy to rule.  We have failed to realise that as children of Light, we determine what happens here and not the devil. My bible says "the heaven, even the heavens are the Lord's but, the earth hath He given to the children of men." Ps115:16 God has given us the earth! With all the happenings in our world today, the land requires the healing hands of Jesus Christ. One hears unimaginable things on the news. Imagine a two year old girl being raped by her own father. A man raping a young boy to death. Intra ethnic and religious conflicts resulting in mass blood shed. We have got fraudsters all over the place. Many have been led as a sheep to the slaughter with their eyes wide open. Many nations have become  object of ridicule  before self acclaimed world powers. The instability is a multifaceted one with monies being released to solve most peculiar problems like security,  hunger and lack especially amongst displaces persons, unemployment, poor educational system and lots more.

God is touched by all that affects us as individuals and as a nation and so the word for the day is that there is a solution for the land. What is the solution for the land? Engage the mystery of prayer. Pray continually for the peace of your Jerusalem. God is looking for a man. One man locked heaven from showering the earth and the same man prayed and there was rain. Many are only gifted in talking about the situation but be the one to declare your expectations for the land based on God's word.

Seek His face continually. To be with God is to be far from where the devil operates. A nation that seeks to be with God can't relate with darkness and the effect of darkness is inconsequential. It is not when there is a problem, we call for national prayer rally. The problems came because we despised God.

Turn away from wickedness. The land is not cursed but our wickedness has caused the land to defile orders of being subdued as it was given at the beginning by God. When everyone decides to be good, no one will cry. After we have adhered to these instructions, God will heal the land and rid it of evil beast.Don't talk about the bad things happening in your land, be the change you want to see. You are here to make the difference. Remember! You are the Light the world sees and the salt that makes the world sweet. Think on that! God saw a formless and shapeless earth and He turned it to something glorious. As He seed, what have you done in your land? What contributions have you made towards developing your land? Are you solving problems or you are part of the problem? Act fast!

UNTO HIM WITHOUT THE CAMP-: Halleluya! Glory be to Jesus! Greetings in Jesus name. I am excited to bring you this word this afternoon. I pray that the Lord bless and grant us insight and understanding in Jesus name. The above scriptural passage is one of such that shows why the old tastament is a fore shadow of the new tastament. In verse 8 , we are told that Jesus Christ the same yesterday today and forever. That is to say that he does not change. His purpose is eternal; His life is eternal; His goodness is eternal and his kindness is eternal. He is eternally love and truth.

However, by virtue of his love for humanity, his works are progressional. His eternal purpose are revealed bit by bit. God has a great love and plan for man beyound what the human mind can comprehend, and by his infinite wisdom reveals those purpose based on  the capacity attained by the trainings and experience of man.  These expriences come through the things we go through in terms of trials and temptations. No wonder the Bible says we should count it all joy, when we go through diverse trials....By human reasoning the situation of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil in the garden could be considered a great undoing but in the plan and purpose of God, it was one of the greatest blessings. By virtue of that, man did not have the status of angels or gods  in the begining whose jugement is final in case of transgressions; but as babes who could be chastised and corrected in case of any disobedience and transgression. Therefore in the begining, God made man a babe, and a little lower than angels but ultimately, lord of all his creations.

Now, as babes of God who by destinies are heirs of God, the Father needed his babes to go through some lessons and tests. The first test was the test of obedience but man failed. But thank God he was a babe and therefore by the love of God had opportunity of salvation in the place of chastisement and correction. Notwithstanding, the failure of man was a very costly one but because he was a babe, the Father could sacrifice everthing he's got to save him. Hence the process of salvation fore ordained before the foundation of the world began to manifest, first by the utterances made by Love Himself in the face of human transgression, and then progressively through the old tastament ordinances and rituals unto the coming of the WORD Himself.

For man to understand the concept of redemption, God began to give man a preparatory lesson in the form of old tastament before the actual life lesson in the place of the cross. He gave moses the ordinances of animal sacrifices foreshadowing the ultimate sacrifice of the lamb of God Himself. He asked moses to build a tabernacle representing the very temple of God or heaven. In verse 11-13 of our text, we read: For the bodies of those beasts whose blood is brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned without the camp. Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood suffered without the gate.Lets us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach. Now what is meant by the following in the passage: 1 The camp. 2 The gate. 3 Go forth unto him without the camp? Clearly from the passage, the camp and gate mean heaven the presence of God where there is no sorrow and pain but perfect peace; and its gate or entrance respectively, while without the camp means this world. Just like animals whose blood are used for atonement in the temple are killed and burned outside the camp or temple, Jesus the lamb of God suffered and bore reproach outside the heavenly temple, ie he left heaven and came to this world to suffer. And just as the blood of animals killed outside the gate is what is used for atonement within the temple, the blood of Jesus who was killed in this world is what is taken before the throne of God in heaven to speak for us. Halleluyah! But we have a charge: let us also go forth unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach. As earlier stated, without the camp simply means THIS WORLD. Our major call in this world is to be like Jesus. Not Just being like Jesus in nature but in attitude. The bible says that unto us is given in the behalf of Christ not only to believe on him but also to suffer for his sake. Philipians1:29. If we have never suffered for the sake of Christ, then we have never been christians. Now the question: How do we suffer for Christ? Anybody who is afraid to speak the truth of God against unrighteousness in his environment( office, home, schoool etc) in order not to lose favour with men is not suffering for Christ. Anybody who is afraid to boldly declare his stand as a christian in the face of his colleagues and bosses in certain matters so that he would not be called a fanatic is not suffering for Christ. Who are you? Are you just satisfied in believing in Jesus and not being ready to suffer for his sake? Remember, as many as must live godly in Christ Jesus must suffer persecution 2Timothy3:12, and if we suffer with him we shall also be glorified together. Romans8:17 .Grace be with us all as we arm ourself with the attitude of Christ in Jesus name.

GROW YOUR FAITH :As believers, we are suppose to live a life of faith. Whenever things go wrong in our lives, we must be aware that the target of the devil is to destroy our Faith. To overcome this, we need to grow in faith. A child is compared to a Christian with weak faith, and an adult is compared to a Christian with great faith.A Christian with weak faith is like a child who is unable to do things on his/her own. Such a person is easily carried by the devil.Three ways to grow your faith :1.) Through the word of God. Romans 10:17. Reading the word is like equipping your spiritual weaponry to be strong in times of challenges. 2.) Through prayer. Jude 1:20. Just like the way physical exercise builds the body, so does prayer builds the faith of your spiritual being. 3.) Through adversities. 2 Corinthians 1:3-4. Every problem that comes your way is in one way or the other geared towards testing you to build up your faith. When your faith is tested and you overcome the test of time, you're assured of a testimony in the Lord. Therefore be like job when tested, and your faith will cause your growth in the Lord.Father in the name of Jesus, I thank you for your word. I pray that the faith of your children grow, from no faith to little faith, and from little faith to great faith. Take preeminence in their lives so that they may grow in faith and seek you daily. Amen.
